Do you only accept orders from the UK?
No! We can accept orders from ANYWHERE in the world. By using the PayPal system we are not restricted to accepting orders from the UK only. When you come to place an order, PayPal will allow you to display the cost in the currency of your choice.
When will my letter from Santa be delivered?
In order to ensure that your Santa letter is delivered in plenty of time for Christmas, we will process your order immediately for any letters purchased in December. For letters purchased earlier than December, we will process your order and post the letter(s) early in December. In order to avoid disappointment, we will not accept orders for letters from Santa later than the dates outlined in our terms and conditions

Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase a letter?
No - you do not need to have an existing account to purchase a letter using PayPal. All you need is a debit or credit card - you can even send PayPal a cheque!
Do you accept cheques?
We prefer payment by PayPal as this simplifies the order process for us and our customers. However, if you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, then please complete our secure order form and on the final page choose "Alternatively, click here to pay by cheque or postal order"
Do you send International letters?
We will post your letter(s) anywhere in the world. Please check our terms for the last posting dates to avoid disappointment
