Orders
To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that your order is placed no later than the 12th of December
We will make every endeavor to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, we accept no responsibility for late or failed delivery when this is outside of our control (e.g. due to a local postal strike)
You are responsible for ensuring that the names and addresses etc. used to complete your order are accurate
Prices
The prices listed on the site are in UK Pounds
We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time
International customers: Your payment will be converted to your country's currency by your credit or debit card issuer
Shipping
All prices stated include standard delivery
In order to ensure that all letters are delivered on time, orders will only be accepted as follows:
- The last Royal Mail 1st Class posting date for Christmas this year is Thursday the 20th of December. We will accept orders up until the Tuesday the 18th of December
- All international orders must be received by the Wedensday the 5th of December - the last posting date for Australia, for example, is Friday the 7th of December
Letters will be dispatched by 1st class post or Airmail
